Evy joined Amrop Delphi in September 2018. Her main responsibilities include to develop, review and improve routines, policies and procedures, to supervise administrative team members, and to ensure that daily office operations are performed in an efficient manner. Furthermore, she is responsible for continuous improvements of the CRM system, as well as maintaining and implementing IT systems related to recruitments and internal processes.Evy started her career as a management trainee at Norsk Hydro and held several positions in the company, mainly within the Corporate Strategy and Business Development department, where she gained extensive experience in market and industry analysis. She has broad international experience from studying and working in Asia and Continental Europe. While living in Asia she gained experience from a non-profit organisation where she managed and led a non-profit aid project in Cambodia, focusing mainly on children and young adults’ education.Evy holds a Master of Business and Marketing from BI Norwegian Business School.
